CARTERSVILLE — The Bartow County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help identifying a suspect who was involved in a robbery and assault case from June in the area of Fieldstone Court in Cartersville.
The incident occurred June 19. The victim told officers he was hanging out with friends and while in the yard, he observed a speeding vehicle coming down Fieldstone Court with the doors open.
Several people exited the vehicle along with the unknown male in the photograph above.
According to sheriff’s office officials, the victim was physically assaulted and “pistol whipped” with a handgun by one of the suspects. The suspects continued assaulting the victim as they stole his iPhone and Nike shoes.
All the subjects then fled the scene. The handgun was only used as a blunt striking object during the assault.
