ROSWELL — The city of Roswell’s Municipal Court will be closed from Wednesday through Friday, Oct. 28 through 30, due to a court employee testing positive for COVID-19.
City officials say the closure will allow time for employees who may have come into contact with the positive employee to be tested. According to Roswell spokeswoman Karen Zitomer, the employee had no contact with members of the public as outlined by the most recent CDC contract-tracing guidelines.
Court staff are in the process of contacting individuals with court dates during the affected days to reschedule.
The city expects the municipal court to be fully operational next week.
