Cows are roaming Atlanta's Interstate system (again)

What Happened?: For the third time this year, cows are on the loose on Atlanta’s Interstates. Monday’s spill happened at the Cobb Cloverleaf, where I-75 and I-285 intersect and released more than 70 cows onto the roadways.

According to the Associated Press, the chaos that ensued caused multiple car accidents, at least one injured driver and the deaths of at least seven cows.

Livestock roaming the roads has become a common sight this year, with incidents on both I-75 and I-285 in May and June of this year.

The Video: Atlanta news station 11Alive captured a video of police attempting to wrangle the cows. It is posted below:

Social Media: Obviously, a herd of cattle loose at rush hour made several Atlantans late for work. Many of them took to Twitter to express their thoughts, concerns for the cows and humor about the situation.
