Thunderstorms are producing dangerous flash flooding in Carroll County Saturday morning, and officials say the threat to life is real.
What’s happening: The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for Carroll County at 9:34 a.m., in effect until 12:30 p.m. The damage threat is rated considerable.
What you should do: Do not drive through flooded roads. Even shallow moving water can sweep a vehicle off the road. If you come to a flooded stretch, turn around.
