Georgia’s summer weather is out of preheat mode and has started cooking this week as temperatures reached 90 degrees and look to be staying there for a while.
Today, Georgia residents can expect highs near 91 degrees. As we move into the weekend, temperatures will remain high. The highs on Saturday are expected to reach 90 degrees again with about a 30% chance of rain.
On Sunday, highs could reach 93 degrees with only a 20% chance of rain.
Temperatures next week will be even higher with highs on Monday expected to be 94 degrees, 97 degrees on Tuesday, and 96 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday.
Each day next week there is a small chance of showers and thunderstorms.
