Photos: Overturned garbage truck shuts down Hickory Flat Highway in Cherokee County
An overturned tractor trailer that was hauling trash shut down Hickory Flat Highway at Mountain Vista Blvd. in Cherokee County Wednesday morning. According to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Dept., the driver of the truck sustained minor injuries. The road was shut down through the morning rush hour and reopened around 8 a.m.
