A 28-year-old woman died Saturday after an early morning head-on crash in Macon when her car crossed into oncoming traffic.
🚗 What Happened: JaNiecea Iman Smith was driving a Toyota Corolla northbound on Log Cabin Drive around 4:07 a.m. when she crossed into the southbound lane and collided with a Buick Enclave.
- Smith’s vehicle caught fire after impact, requiring emergency responders to pull her from the burning car
- Both drivers were rushed to a local hospital, where Smith later died from her injuries
