The Atlanta Police Department is asking for your help finding 77-year-old Rufus Hammond.
According to police, Hammond suffers from dementia and was last seen at 599 South Evelyn Place in Atlanta earlier today.
Hammond is about 5’10″ in height and weighs about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white shirt, black and grey shoes and a black hat.
