Roswell is opening a new service center on the ground floor of City Hall where residents and businesses can handle permits, pay bills, and get help all in one place.
What It Means For You: Instead of walking around City Hall trying to find the right office, you’ll now go to one central location at 38 Hill Street to pay your water bill, get a business permit, ask about trash pickup, or register for recreation programs.
What’s Happening: The city remodeled 8,500 square feet of City Hall to create this new Resident & Business Services center. Construction wraps up this month, and the center opens this fall.
- When you walk in, staff will greet you and direct you to the right service
- The space includes dedicated parking and is designed for people with disabilities
For Business Owners: A new online system called the Permitting and Licensing Hub lets you submit applications, track permits, pay fees, schedule inspections, and download approved documents from your computer or phone.
What’s Next: The city will announce the official opening date in the coming days.
