WOODSTOCK — The Woodstock Fire Department and Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services responded to a residential structure fire on Weatherstone Trace at 5:37 a.m. Friday.
On arrival fire crews found a two story home with the second floor was well involved with smoke and flames visible from a good distance away.
The family and their pets had gotten out safely.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire. No civilian or Firefireghter injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
