Police search for missing Woodstock teen

WOODSTOCK -- The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

WOODSTOCK — The Cherokee Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

Miranda Gonzalez was last seen walking towards the community park located at Wyngate Parkway and Hawthorne Way in Woodstock at about 7:20 am on Jan. 7.

According to the sheriff’s department, she is described as a Hispanic female, about 5 ft., 278 pounds, with short black and red hair.

She is believed to be wearing blue jeans pants and a red long sleeve sweater. If you see Miranda, call 911. The case number is 20-2352.
