CARROLLTON — Police in Carrollton are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenage girl who has been missing since Sunday.

Police say they believe Kelsea Taylor may be in Carroll or Heard County.

Anyone with information on Kelsea’s whereabouts should contact investigator Meredith Browning at 770-834-4451 or call 911.
