What’s Happening: 27-year-old James Moses Hardy escaped from the Augusta Transitional Center on Taylor Street at about 11:37 p.m. Monday. He was being held on multiple violent felony charges, including aggravated assault, home invasion, robbery, and firearm-related offenses.

What He Looks Like: Hardy is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 219 pounds. He was last seen in a black shirt and black pants and was carrying a white bag.

The Path Forward: Anyone who sees Hardy or knows where he is should call 911 immediately.
