A man was shot and killed outside a McDonald’s on Virginia Avenue in East Point, and police are asking for the public’s help to find the person responsible.

East Point police said officers responded to the fast-food restaurant at 1203 Virginia Avenue around 2:10 a.m. on February 7 after receiving reports of a shooting. They found 32-year-old Quintavious Clark in his car, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to investigators, Clark was parked outside the McDonald’s when a red sedan pulled in front of his car. Someone inside the sedan fired multiple shots into Clark’s vehicle before driving away. Police have not identified a suspect or a motive.

In Context: Clark was a father and a son. His family and police are urging anyone with information to come forward to help solve the case. East Point police have not said whether they believe the shooting was targeted or random, but they are looking for tips from the community.

Crime Stoppers Atlanta is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest and indictment. The nonprofit allows people to submit anonymous tips that police can use to identify suspects.
