Initiated on February 10, the investigation led detectives to Britt’s home where they conducted a search on April 24, uncovering additional illicit material and seizing multiple electronic devices. Britt was subsequently apprehended at his workplace, Dunwoody Baptist Church in Dunwoody, where he has worked closely with children and youth for over 20 years.

Britt now faces nine counts of sexual exploitation of children, with further charges possible as the investigation progresses.
