FBI Atlanta is working to identify potential victims in its ongoing investigation into Drive Planning LLC, a company based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
While no criminal charges have been filed against the company, the Securities and Exchange Commission has lodged a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
The FBI is asking investors who have been involved with Drive Planning LLC to come forward. Those affected are encouraged to fill out a form available on the FBI’s website. The agency also urges individuals to spread the word to any other investors they know.
