Gov. Nathan Deal and Major General Joe Jarrard, Adjutant General, Georgia Department of Defense, this week visited soldiers from the Georgia National Guard’s 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk in Louisiana.
