Both vehicles came to a rest in the left northbound lane, the Isuzu on its side and the Honda facing north.
Scealf was taken to Wellstar Cobb Hospital where he died from his injuries. The driver of the Honda was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital with serious injuries.
