MACON — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 22 suspects in connection with an investigation into a conspiracy to defraud Elite Pre-Settlement LLC.
According to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, a now-former employee of the Ken Nugent Law Firm, Jennifer Croom Denton, who is 37-years-old, orchestrated the scheme, which involved false settlement claims to obtain checks from Elite Pre-Settlement LLC. These checks were then cashed fraudulently.
A total of 22 individuals have been arrested in connection with this case. Those arrested include:

5. Tamica Howard (38-years-old)

8. Evette Oliver (59-years-old)
9. Shenita Rainey (57-years-old)
10. Tequandra Singletary (39-years-old)
11. Eatasha West (49-years-old)
12. Timothy West (30-years-old)
13. Tykita Curtis (40-years-old)
14. Doris Harris (39-years-old)
15. Eugenia McCrary (40-years-old)
16. Sonya Wynes (58-years-old)
17. Soneisha Wynes (27-years-old)
18. Aaliyah Henderson (28-years-old)
19. Lauren Hollingshed (20-years-old)
