Georgia-based reporter Lance McCurley posted a video to Twitter showing players getting heated as the clock ran out in the fourth quarter and said both teams were eventually instructed to return to their locker rooms.

Video from the scene posted to Twitter by Atlanta Constitution Journal reporter Jeff Sentell shows what looks like closer to a brawl.

The incident marks an unfortunate end to what may have been the national high school football game of the week between two quarterback phenoms, Georgia-bound Dylan Raiola (Buford), the nation’s top prospect in 2024 and St. Frances Academy’s Michael Van Buren, a four-star Oregon commit.
