ALBANY — The Albany Police Dept. is searching for a missing 21-year-old woman who has been missing since Feb. 16.
According to police, Jessica Dietzel was last heard from around Feb. 16. Jessica has blonde/brown hair, is about 5’7″ and weighs about 150 pounds. The name “Elena” is tattoed un her upper left chest near her collar bone.
