Update: The parents of the missing toddler have been located, according to the Clayton County Police Dept.
CLAYTON COUNTY — The Clayton County Police Dept. and the Clayton community acted swiftly to return a missing toddler who was found walking down Tara Blvd. to her parents Friday morning.
Officers responded to the area of Tara Blvd. and Mt. Zion Road in the early hours of Friday morning in reference to a child who was found walking northbound on Tara Blvd.
A motorist who saw the child pulled over to ensure the child’s safety until officers arrived. The police department later reported the child’s parents had been located.
