ALPHARETTA — Dubbed “Country’s Newest Redneck” by Taste of Country, Hardy is bringing his Mississippi swamp-infused country rock anthems and hard-charged live show to Kicks 101.5 Country Fair at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta on Oct. 5.

While he is a newcomer to The Big Loud Records/Tree Vibez Music, Hardy kick-started his career with a trio of chart-topping hits as a songwriter. Hardy penned Morgan Wallen’s summer smash “Up Down” featuring Florida Georgia Line, FGL’s chart-racer “Simple,” and Blake Shelton’s “God’s Country.”

Rising alongside these Platinum successes, Hardy launched his own brand of tunes on two EPs, October 2018’s This Ole Boy and January 2019’s Where To Find Me, that released to critical acclaim and quick fan reaction.

Named a CMT Listen Up Artist for 2019 and One to Watch by Amazon Music, Pandora, PopCulture, Sounds Like Nashville, Taste of Country, Rolling Stone and The Boot, Hardy is already making his mark on the Country music scene.

His current single “Rednecker” is Top 25 at Country radio and was just named Taste of Country’s “Song of the Summer” for 2019.

The tunesmith just wrapped a three-month run on Florida Georgia Line’s “Can’t Say I Ain’t Country” Tour and kicked off 2019 as direct support on Morgan Wallen’s 27-city “If I Know Me Tour.”
