A man found shot inside a home on Spencer Circle died Monday afternoon, as Bibb County investigators work to piece together what happened.
The Details: Bibb County deputies arrived at the 3700 block of Spencer Circle just after 3:35 p.m. in response to reports of a shooting. Inside the home, they discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency responders rushed him to a hospital, but he was later pronounced dead by medical staff.
The man’s identity remains unknown, as authorities are still working to identify him and notify his family. Investigators are now focused on understanding the events that led to the shooting, though no further details have been released.
