Best Slow Cooker Creamed Corn Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) bag frozen corn
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup butter, softened, cut into chunks softened, cut into chunks
- 1 (4-oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- dried parsley
- Combine all ingredients except salt, pepper and parsley in slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours, stirring a few times.
- Season with salt and pepper in middle of cooking.
- Garnish with parsley when serving.
