Best Slow Cooker Creamed Corn Recipe


  • 1 (32-oz) bag frozen corn
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened, cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup butter, softened, cut into chunks softened, cut into chunks
  • 1 (4-oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • dried parsley
  1. Combine all ingredients except salt, pepper and parsley in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours, stirring a few times.
  3. Season with salt and pepper in middle of cooking.
  4. Garnish with parsley when serving.
