Rare oysters are coming to metro Atlanta

C&S Restaurant Group will be serving extremely rare and fresh gulf oysters straight from Adams Bay and surrounding areas in Louisiana thanks to Jack Rogers, a local farmer from New Orleans, Louisiana. Rogers is focused on delivering fresh and better quality seafood including Crawfish, Oysters, Shrimp, Swordfish and Yellowfin Tuna to the Atlanta area every week.

These salt water oysters are planted every year, grown to 3.5-4 inches and then caught wild, creating a meaty flavor yet a salty taste with a delicious sweet finish. This process causes the oysters to become more sustainable, increases the salinity and makes for a larger sized brine in the oysters.

C&S Restaurant Group is inviting guests to the first ever Oyster Dinner with “Gold Coast Oyster Company” on Tuesday, March 9 at all three of its locations. These gulf oysters will be offered on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. They will be served raw on the half-shell as well as chargrilled.
