How’s it going?
As parents and caregivers we should all be doing our best to ensure our children’s weight stays healthy and that they’re fit and active. Every child is different though and knowing how to tell if a child is overweight can be problematical. If you suspect your child might have an issue with overeating, or becoming overweight – how do you approach it sensitively and thoughtfully?
Formerly I worked within health and social care, though lately I’ve become a freelance writer, this is a subject that’s close to my heart, and it’d be great to share some of my knowledge on the topic with you.
