The Logistics Bureau recently calculated that reducing supply chain costs from 9% to 4% can double net profits for the average company. That’s something no business can afford to ignore, yet only 6% of businesses say they even have full visibility on their supply chain.

I spent more than a decade working in the logistics sector, but these days I spend more time writing about it and offering advice to others. I happened to see http://thegeorgiasun.com/2022/01/31/gas-prices-in-georgia-have-hit-3-20-per-gallon/ while I was doing some online research and it inspired me to contact you. I’d love to contribute an article to thegeorgiasun.com on managing supply chain costs because now more than ever, businesses need to do all they can to improve margins.
