Falsely accused inmate at Dekalb County jail in Ga
Hello I had a psychotic breakdown bit when I come back to realization I immediately called the jail an detective let them no I falsely accused this man whom happens to be my fiance, I had been off my medicine, coming out of a twelve year abusive marriage with my ex husband an homeless, on that day I had been fussing with my ex husband as I let him come over,but he left after we fuss,an my fiance Deontray Graham came to the room where we were living an I started fussing at him thinking I’m still fussing with my ex husband, I wrote a notarized letter e-file it in also got the police report from Arkansas where I falsely accused Deontray Graham again, same month I totaled my truck thinking my son was kidnapped in people car trunks an this guy Deontray Graham still incarcerated when I told them the truth im the supposed to be victim who they are not listening to an this not a case of lioness it’s a innocent person been sitting in jail since March.31 2023 not indicted,investigating been going on for so long an they see it never was no rape,hostage,battery no nothing I need help to get the system to really hear me any suggestions or directions he has a public defender but I don’t see why when I gave them all legal documents even my mental health diagnosis please help me I feel bad for having someone lock up an never did anything to me,I been back in clinic for my therapy an medication no contact with my ex-husband at all.the man is innocent also here’s my phone I can be reach please im on a fix income so I can’t afford a criminal defense attorney for Deontray Graham at all 404-914-1947 I’m Kimwanda Mccommons thank you for listening.
