Request to Correct Error in Reporting- Anheuser-Busch Tries to Move Past Scandal; Launches New Summer Drinks
We saw the story by Sarah Callahan that originated from the Street.com, “Anheuser-Busch Tries to Move Past Scandal; Launches New Summer Drinks,” focusing on the Modelo Spiked Aguas Frescas Launch in the U.S.

I am writing to request to request an immediate clarification / update / removal on the piece that the Aguas Frescas launch is solely the work of Constellation Brands, who owns the rights to develop and promote products within the U.S. market. The bulk of the piece is incorrect in positioning Aguas Frescas within the AB InBev family, so the story changes significantly with this clarification.

To clarify- as part of our sub-license agreement, Constellation Brands has exclusive license to import, market and sell the Modelo brand in the United States since 2013. Our products are not affiliated with Budweiser or Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Please note that the Street has since edited the story on their site- which accurately portrays the ownership and brand launch as part of Constellation. Would appreciate the consideration to also update on The Georgia Sun. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
