My nephew is an elementary school student of barrow school district. I want to know how this was possible that you all knew about this to be able to be posted 13-14 hours prior to when the other media channels received information. If this is in fact true than something needs to be demanded to be done to the school board for negligent behavior!! The article about the bomb threats that I now have for mine and my sister’s records reflect that threats came into the school district starting on wednesday morning. WHY THE HELL WERE THESE BABIES ALLOWED TO GO TO SCHOOL AND NO PARENTS TOLD!!??? I was who informed my brother in law and sister when checking on my nephew’s safety! They had been told nothing about the lockdown today when I called after getting a NewBreak alert on my phone, but yet your Journalist lists here that they have known since Wensday!!?? Have our school systems not suffered enough!? I want an answer as to how your paper knew these details when the families did not bc I have every intention of going to the school board regarding their failure in keeping innocent children safe, and why the police have said nothing for two days! please email or call me with the answers as I have already printed proof.
