15-year-old dies in Southwest Atlanta shooting

ATLANTA -- Homicide Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying the suspect in the shooting death of 15-year-old Jaden William.

ATLANTA — Homicide Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying the suspect in the shooting death of 15-year-old Jaden William.

Atlanta Police responded to Elite City Park apartments Thursday November 5 at about 3 p.m. on a report of a person shot.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the victim, 15-year-old Jaden Williams with multiple gunshot wounds. Jaden was taken to the hospital in critical condition but on November 8, he succumbed to his wounds and the case was taken over by the Homicide Unit. 

Homicide investigators are actively working to identify a suspect in this crime and are asking anyone with information to please contact the Atlanta Police Homicide Unit or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Callers can remain completely anonymous and the reward is up to $5,000.
