An AMBER alert has been issued for a Clarkston 5-month-old believed to have been abducted at about 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
The child’s name is Noah Singleton and the suspects name is Emmanuel Singleton. The two are believed to be traveling in a Gray 2007 Volkswagen Jetta, license plate RVD6200.
Noah is black with brown hair and brown eyes.
The vehicle was last seen traveling East on Highway 78.
