Hall County’s website is getting a facelift and residents should start to notice Dec. 5.
Visitors to HallCounty.org will soon notice an updated, more streamlined user experience as part of a scheduled redesign.
The update features a new look, plus additional functionality, such as a county meetings calendar and easy, one-click access to county news, videos and photos.
“Users can also sign up for email and text message alerts, getting the latest information on press releases, agendas and more, right on their phones,” said Brian Stewart, Hall County Digital Media Specialist.
“Recently, Hall County Government solicited citizen input on its communications initiatives, and one of the items most requested was a more streamlined navigation process on our website. We immediately worked with our website vendor, Civic Plus, to update our navigation menus to make it easier for residents to find the information they’re looking for,” Stewart said.
Users of the Hall County app will also notice an updated look and feel.
The updates will go live on Thursday, Dec. 5.
