Will re-open with new look and new name"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>After being open for more than 26 years, the Stockbridge Dwarf House at&nbsp;3649 Highway 138 SE&nbsp;will close its doors for a brief period to undergo a complete renovation bringing the chain\u2019s newest restaurant design and an increased capacity to a new, more convenient design for guests \u2013 all the while still providing the same full-service dining, self-serve dining, and drive-thru options.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rebuild, scheduled to take six months to complete with a grand reopening tentatively slated for fall of this year and with the new restaurant comes a new name, Truett\u2019s Chick-fil-A. The Stockbridge location is the third Dwarf House concept to be completely rebuild and rebranded under the Truett\u2019s Chick-fil-A name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to increasing the restaurant\u2019s drive-thru and kitchen capacity, the new restaurant\u2019s interior and exterior design will be a homage to Chick-fil-A Founder S. Truett Cathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers will find numerous design elements that recall Cathy\u2019s beginnings as a young entrepreneur in <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"\/city\/Atlanta\"   title=\"Atlanta\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">Atlanta<\/a> as well as features that depict the history of the chain he founded. The beloved \u201clittle red door\u201d which serves as an entrance to the Stockbridge Dwarf House will be incorporated into the new restaurant\u2019s entryway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thousands of Team Members have served hundreds of thousands of guests since Chick-fil-A\u2019s Stockbridge Dwarf House\u2019s initial opening in 1992.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI have served side by side with amazing Team Members and remarkable guests,\u201d said&nbsp;Executive General Manager Michael Burgess. \u201cThey are truly the reason we have been successful in a location we\u2019ve simply outgrown. We are grateful to our loyal customers who have been a huge part of our success and look forward to continuing to serve the Stockbridge community.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the renovation is being completed, Burgess has found a creative avenue to retain his Team Members.
