The founder of gusto!, Nate Hybl is opening the fourth outpost of his flavorful fast casual concept on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 530 17th St NW in the new West Midtown Center. The only Atlanta-based restaurant brand featured at the Northside and 17th development, gusto! West Midtown serves fresh bowls and wraps with bold, global flavors for lunch and dinner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new store showcases a smaller footprint than gusto!\u2019s previous locations, allowing for a unique model that suits the nearby community of businesses, residents and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe\u2019re excited to offer flavor + speed to the residents and businesses surrounding West Midtown Center. The restaurant\u2019s to-go and delivery services will also provide nearby Georgia Tech students with more convenient dining options,\u201d says Hybl. \u201cAdditionally, we\u2019ll be showing our gratitude for the neighborhood\u2019s warm welcome on opening day by giving the first 50 guests 10 complimentary entr\u00e9e vouchers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The restaurant\u2019s team greets guests by asking \u201cwhat\u2019s your gusto?\u201d Inspired by both international cuisine and familiar American flavors, these gustos \u2013 like sweet soy sriracha, chile sesame bbq or tahini cucumber feta \u2013 can be hot, bright, earthy or sweet. They all bring the food to life with freshness and flavor, not fat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The next steps are as simple as picking a style (mixed greens, Jasmine brown rice, half greens and half rice or a flatbread wrap) and adding a protein (chicken, shrimp or portabella mushroom). The menu at gusto! features all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken and, whenever possible, local and organic ingredients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The restaurant offers advance ordering online for easy pick-up and delivery via Uber Eats and Postmates for more convenient dining options, with the addition of catering services in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Designed by global architect Gensler, the West Midtown location features gusto!\u2019s modern industrial d\u00e9cor adapted to suit a smaller footprint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 1,430-square-foot-space displays an open kitchen, countertop seating and the brand\u2019s white and signature sunshine yellow color palette for a bright, cheerful ambiance. Wall accents include neon signs showcasing gusto!\u2019s \u201cAvo Angel\u201d and the tagline \u201cDo it with gusto.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
gusto! West Midtown is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
