The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a shooting that resulted in the death of a man in front of a convenience store in Peachtree Corners over the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officers were dispatched to a \u201cperson shot\u201d call in front of 3330 Peachtree Corners Circle in Peachtree Corners.\u00a0 When they arrived, they found a man lying in the parking lot in between two parked cars with at least one gunshot wound.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Members of the Gwinnett County Fire Department responded and attempted to save the man’s life, but the victim died at the scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Detectives are working with the business to determine if their video cameras captured the crime or anything significant to this investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, the victim was a black man in his 20s who was described as a frequent customer to the business.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
