TUCKER — <\/strong>Tucker Brewing Company<\/a>, known for its German-style pilsners and helles lagers, was announced earlier this week as one of the winners of\u00a0USA TODAY\u2019s 10Best Beer Gardens in the U.S<\/a>. The beer garden was voted as the number four beer garden in America, after being nominated by a panel of industry experts and competing against 19 other breweries across the nation. The 8,500 square foot open-air space is attached to the brewery, open to the public for beer and food five days a week, and is well-known for hosting live music, tastings, private events, and the famous Tucktoberfest each fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards contest takes place across several categories, including Best Beer Garden. Each category begins with 20 nominees and is narrowed down to 10 winners after four weeks of public voting. All nominees are chosen by a panel of experts in the field, which include a combination of editors from USA TODAY, editors from 10Best.com, relevant expert contributors, and sources for both these media and other Gannett properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
