A man wanted in connection with two deaths at an East Perimeter Pointe apartment complex was taken into custody just before midnight Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udea8 Why It Matters:<\/strong> Christopher Mathis had been the subject of an hours-long manhunt after police say two people were found dead in what investigators believe was a domestic incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u23f1\ufe0f What Happened:<\/strong> DeKalb County Police responded to the East Perimeter Pointe Apartments in Decatur around 7:45 p.m. Monday. Officers found an adult man and an adult woman dead inside an apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Detectives identified Mathis as the suspect and warned the public he was driving a black Jeep Renegade. Authorities urged anyone who spotted him not to approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Henry County Police took Mathis into custody around midnight.
