The Details:<\/strong> Gwinnett County investigators arrested Jian Yi Wu and Hieu M. Quach on February 14 following a tip about a marijuana delivery. Police searched both the storage facility and a hotel in Duluth where they discovered the drugs and money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wu faces charges of possession of Schedule I and Schedule III controlled substances, along with marijuana trafficking. Quach was charged with marijuana trafficking.
