In addition to Lamb&#8217;s death, two dogs that were in her vehicle at the time of the collision were also found dead at the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Ga. 400 and Jot &#8216;Em Down Road in Forsyth County. According to the initial investigation by the Forsyth County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, Lamb&#8217;s vehicle, a blue 2014 Toyota Rav4, was struck by a black 2019 Ford F-150 driven by a 30-year-old Dahlonega man. The man, identified as Logan Moye, is alleged to have run a red light while traveling northbound on Ga. 400, causing the fatal collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Details:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities say Lamb was crossing the highway and had the right of way. She was following the signal to continue west on Jot &#8216;Em Down Road when Moye, who was reportedly driving at a high speed, struck her vehicle. Lamb was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tragically, the two dogs that were in Lamb&#8217;s vehicle also did not survive the crash. Moye, the driver of the other vehicle, has since been arrested and is facing a slew of charges related to the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charges:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Moye has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Homicide by vehicle, first degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving under the influence of drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reckless driving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two counts of cruelty to animals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to obey a traffic control device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to use seat belts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He is currently being held at the Forsyth County Jail without bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s Next?:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Forsyth County Sheriff&#8217;s Office is continuing its investigation into the crash.
