For every pulled pork meal ordered and purchased from 5 p.m. until closing, Gerald\u2019s will donate all of the proceeds from each order to the Two Hundred Club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner of the restaurant, Gerald Schantz, is a Vietnam era Navy veteran, who has made it a priority to support this local nonprofit that provides for the families of fallen first responders. Schantz has been cooking in the Coastal Empire since 1985 and catering for movie sets, film crews, TV shows, corporate functions, outdoor festivals, concerts, weddings and numerous other private events.
