ATLANTA — The state of Georgia will light its official Christmas tree tomorrow night. This year the tree is a 25-footer from Cobb County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gov. Brian Kemp, First Lady Marty Kemp,\u00a0Clark Howard<\/a>, and the Georgia Building Authority will host the annual State Capitol Tree Lighting Ceremony\u00a0tomorrow, December 3 at 1 p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The ceremony will include the reveal of the twenty-five-foot Eastern Red Cedar from Cobb County with 25,000 lights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Clark Howard, an Atlanta<\/a> native and nationally syndicated talk show host, will be this year\u2019s featured speaker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The ceremony will highlight the Department of Family and Children Services’\u00a0Secret Santa Program<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Clark’s Christmas Kids<\/a>, which provide gifts to youth in Georgia’s foster care system.
