The Bartow County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help finding a 16-year-old girl who has been missing since June 19.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Amanda Rose Atkins was last seen leaving her Cartersville residence on June 19 and was possibly going to Lake Allatoona with a friend.

She has not had contact with family since she left the house. Sheriff’s officials say she could still be the Cartersville area.

Sheriff’s officials describe Amanda as being 5’1,” weighing about 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray zipper jacket, black ripped skinny jeans, black/gray fuzzy socks, black/gold Nike slides and black glasses.

Anyone with information is asked to please contact the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 770-382-5050 EXT: 6022.
