17-year-old charged with Brookhaven shooting death and robbery

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit, with other local law enforcement agencies, has arrested a 17-year-old suspect in the homicide of a 19-year-old and armed robbery of a 17-year-old on Buford Highway in Atlanta, Georgia on April 4, 2021.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department, Bre On Harlold Corbin, of Lawrenceville, is charged with Murder in the shooting death of Domingo Paco-Camacho, and with Armed Robbery against Kevin Daniel Pano-Galvez, both residents of Brookhaven.

According to the arrest warrants, both incidents took place during the commission of the robbery, which allegedly involved a weapon, cash, a cell phone, and drugs.

Authorities made the arrest during a traffic stop near the suspect’s residence in Lawrenceville and took him into custody without incident. Corbin is being held in the DeKalb County Jail.

The DeKalb Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit was assisted by Brookhaven Police Department Detectives, the Brookhaven Police K9 Unit, Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit, Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit and Gwinnett County Police SWAT.
