A popular true crime podcast is turning its attention on the unsolved murder case that has captivated the nation.
In Episode 21 of “True Crime & Cocktails: Famous Fatalities Edition,” the Sleuth Sisters break down the iconic and unsolved murder of JonBenét Ramsey.
On December 25, 1996, Georgia-born JonBenét was found dead at the age of six in the basement of her family home in Boulder, Colorado. There has been much speculation over the years about who could have carried out this horrific crime.
Lauren and Christy dissect the evidence and give their own theories on what actually happened in this week’s episode.
Christy immediately dives into the dubious ransom note that was left at the crime scene. One finding that caught her attention was that the note featured lines that were either eerily similar, or direct quotes from movies such as Dirty Harry (1972), Ruthless People (1986), Speed (1994), Nick of Time (1994), and Ransom (1996).
