Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze is opening this weekend at a new location

Up the river and around the bend is where you will find all of Uncle Shuck’s Fall Fun, at their new location: 125 Bannister Rd, Dawsonville, a couple of minutes down the road, still in Dawson County. The corn maze opens Sept. 14.

To coincide with the move, this year’s corn maze features events and activities that can be found in Dawson County.

Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch was recently nominated in the 2019 10Best Readers’ Choice travel awards. Activities this year include:

  • 13-acre Corn Maze
  • Kiddie Maze
  • Tire Mountain
  • Gem Mining
  • Wagon Ride
  • Perfect Pumpkins

This year marks the 18th year Uncle Shuck’s has had a corn maze in north Georgia, which is the longest-operating corn maze in the state. This fall, farm goers can bump along on an old-fashioned wagon ride, navigate the miles and miles of corn maze paths in the 13-acre field, pick a pumpkin, chow down on some delish festival food and more.

“We look forward to seeing familiar faces and families who make it an annual tradition to visit Uncle Shuck’s, and lots of new faces too!” said Mathew Hughes, farm owner/operator.
