A new sanctuary for wellness and yoga is opening at Sweet Apple Village in Roswell

An official ribbon cutting with the Mayor of Roswell will mark the opening of A Mindful Movement – Wellness and Yoga on Thursday, April 18, 2019. A Grand Opening Celebration will welcome the community to see this beautiful and inspiring new studio on Saturday, April 20, 2019. Special yoga tasters, Ayurvedic snacks, and other treats are planned as part of the grand opening of this new wellness hub in Roswell.

“A Mindful Movement is a manifestation of years of visioning, training, and teaching. Offering this unique variety of classes and wellness treatments is a dream come true for me,” said Michele Colburn, Owner and Founder of the studio.

This bright and soothing second story wellness center is home to two yoga studios, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cryotherapy pod, float therapy tank, and a state of the art kitchen where Ayurvedic cooking classes will be taught. The mission of A Mindful Movement is to be a sanctuary for wellness for men, women, and children.

Yoga classes being taught include vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, power flow, and yin yoga. In addition, aerial yoga, prenatal yoga, and classes dedicated to children and teens will also be offered.

The team of teachers at this inspiring new studio is diverse and deeply experienced. “I’m excited to be a part of this awesome addition to Roswell and North Fulton County. So much heart and soul went into creating this space and all of our offerings. I am so proud to be a part of A Mindful Movement,” teacher Lena Mayfield shared.

A special grand opening promotion offers 50% off your first booking of one of our wellness services (cryotherapy, float therapy, or full-spectrum infrared sauna) now through May 20.
