Purse snatcher pushes woman with walker down at CVS pharmacy

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a  robbery by snatching that took place at the Bloomfield Road CVS in Macon last week.

According to police, a male suspect snatched a purse from a disabled customer who was leaving the pharmacy. The suspect pushed the female customer and her walker to the ground, snatching her purse from the walker. The suspect fled the area on foot and got into a blue vehicle waiting on the nearby street.

The victim was not  injured during this incident.

The suspect is described as a slender build black  male, 6”2 in height,  dark complexion with shoulder length dreads. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt  with “Just Do It” logo and dark colored sweat pants. The suspect was unarmed.
